Safecall and Whistleblowing

This section provides information and guidance on making a disclosure in Utmost Group.

General guidance

Disclosures made via either option selected below can be made anonymously, semi-anonymously, where your identity is known but protected from Utmost or you can be named. Although message function is available in the portals with any method, using the semi-anonymous or named options allows the investigators to ask you follow up questions outside the portal which may help in swifter investigation and resolution of your disclosure.

Disclosures made via the portals will be reported through to key individuals in Utmost Group who are able to investigate or delegate the disclosure appropriately. Using these portals does not impact your right to make a disclosure to external parties.

You can make a disclosure via the Safecall ePortal at www.safecall.co.uk/report or by calling the dedicated confidential hotline at 1800 812 740 from Ireland or 0800 915 1571 if calling from the UK, Isle of Man or Guernsey. These numbers are free to use, operate 24/7 and have translation services available.
