The Utmost Online Service Centre services the following former Quilter International policies:
Executive Wealthbuilder Account, International Portable Pension Plan, Managed Account Plus, Managed Capital Account, Managed Pension Account, Managed Savings Account, Royal Skandia Care Account, European Managed Capital Account, European Managed Pension Account, European Managed Saving Account.
Former Quilter International Portfolio Bond policies are not accessed via this section. Instead, please click here for Wealth Interactive.
Your new Online Service Centre Account will allow you to:
- view all your in force Heritage policies under advice
- view your client’s valuations
- view their personal details
- view commission details
- request data downloads
- manage your online account
- if you are a Master User, you’ll have access to our Adviser User Management module allowing you to create and manage other users in your adviser network.
How do I register?
The Quilter International adviser extranets are now closed. At this stage, we’re hoping you have successfully moved across to our new service, but just in case this hasn’t happened, please complete this form and return it to [email protected]

Our new Online Service Centre is replacing our former Quilter International client extranets, which closed on 22 October 2022.
To get you back online you need to complete a quick and easy registration process, which will only take a few minutes.
How do I register?
Please visit the Online Service Centre registration page.
Make sure you have your policy details to hand as you will need to confirm these as part of the registration process. The information you need can be found on our Policy Document.
We’ll ask you to enter your personal details and choose your login details before submitting your registration request.
Once you’ve completed your registration, if the verification is successful you’ll get instant access to your online account to view your Policy valuations and your Policy activity.
If for any reason your verification is unsuccessful your registration request will be referred to our Heritage Administration Team who will be in touch to help you complete your registration.
