Electronic Signature Notice (Utmost Luxembourg)

Utmost Luxembourg S.A electronic signature process is in compliance with the provisions of European Regulation n°910/2014/EU on electronic identification and trusted services for electronic transactions in the European internal market (the “eIDAS” Regulation). It complies with the requirements of Article 26 of the eIDAS Regulation and is, therefore, qualified as an “advanced electronic signature”.

An advanced electronic signature meets technical requirements that identify the signatory and unequivocally associates the signature with the signatory. In addition, the process ensures that the electronic signature can only be used under the exclusive control of the signatory and that any subsequent modification of the data associated with that signature can be detected. The use of the advanced electronic signature will therefore enable Utmost Luxembourg S.A. to ensure the reliability of your electronic signature each time you use it to express your agreement or validate your instructions.

Your personal data is collected, stored and processed by Utmost Luxembourg S.A. as the data controller, in accordance with the provisions of Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data, and repealing Directive 95/46/EC (General Data Protection Regulation).

The processing of your personal data for the purposes of the e-signature process is based on consent. If you have given your consent for the processing of your personal data, you have the right to withdraw your consent on the use of the e-signature process at any time, without affecting the lawfulness of the processing based on consent before withdrawal.
