Product Information Document

In accordance to the Insurance Distribution Directive (Directive (EU) 2016/97 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 20 January 2016 on insurance distribution (recast), which entered into force on 01 October, 2018 in most EU countries, Utmost Luxembourg S.A. has an obligation to share with its distribution partners the relevant Product Information Document(s) of any new product it would launch as well as the amendment to any of its existing products.
