All capitalized terms shall have the meaning ascribed to such terms in the clause “Definitions” in the General Conditions of the Policy.
The list of available External Funds (the “Fund List”) may be subject to change during the course of the Policy, specifically because (i) the denomination or any other characteristics of External Funds may be changed, (ii) External Funds may be removed, (iii) External Funds may be closed to investment by the promoter of the External Fund and/or the Insurer, (iv) new External Funds may be added by the Insurer.
Before taking any investment or divestment decision, the Policyholder must read the latest Fund List, available below, and their main characteristics, including the Key Information Document (“KID”) and Sustainable Finance Disclosures Regulation (“SFDR”) information on sustainability. The Policyholder may at any time, by sending a written request to the Insurer’s registered office, obtain the current financial documentation of each External Fund on the Fund List.
In accordance with Appendix 2 of Circular Letter 15/3 of the Commissariat aux Assurances, the External Funds in this Fund List do not have any global investment limits or limits per issuer.
No buy nor sell fees are applicable on any of the External Funds on the current Fund List.
Since the documentation for some Funds is only available in French, it requires a perfect command of French on the part of the Policyholder in order to invest in this External Fund.
As of 01 January 2023, the selection of funds from this fund list may only be made if the PRIIPS KID of the fund is available. For investment funds referred to under Art. 8 or 9 SFDR, the relevant pre-contractual disclosures must additionally be available (included into this fund list or available as part of the prospectus) before a selection is made.
Please note that any instruction involving an investment fund for which such documents are not available cannot be executed.
