Below you will find a list of our cut-off dates during this period. Please note: We will aim to process any requests received after these dates prior to 31 December, however we cannot guarantee completion within this timeframe, in particular where the transaction is subject to a third party action outside of our control.
New Business and Full Surrenders
New business and full surrender applications must be submitted by 17:00 (GMT) Friday, 5 December. Applications completed by Friday, 12 December will be included in the following weeks’ commission run.
The dates above are subject to the incoming requirements and premium, including clear source of funds and client due diligence meeting our requirements.
Top-ups and Partial Surrenders
Top-up and partial surrender requests must be submitted by 17:00 (GMT) Friday, 12 December.
We reserve the right to delay payment where settlement of any required sale is not received or where dealing criteria such as market value adjusters, weekly or monthly dealing timings or notice periods apply.
Commission payments (Unit Linked and Portfolio Bond Policies)
Last commission run before Christmas will be Wednesday, 24 December.
The next commission run will take place on Wednesday, 31 December.
Credit Card Collections (Unit Linked Policies)
Credit card collections for all products will continue throughout Christmas and the New Year.
Dealing and Surrenders (Portfolio Bond Policies)
Portfolio Bond Dealing Desk cut-off times before the festive period:

Although we will endeavour to execute trades after cut-off it will not be guaranteed and therefore it is possible that they will not be executed until we re-open our offices on Tuesday, 30 December. We also need to ensure that market settlement can be supported during the holidays.
Between Christmas and the New Year when the office is open, the Portfolio Bond Dealing Desk cut-off times will be as follows:
